Hello Friends
January 21, 2009

I hope as the New Year starts I pray that God will provide for
all of you and your families. He likes to do that.

I have several things to tell you as things are going to happen
only 21 days from today. #1 please make sure you have all your shots that
are needed. Be sure to pack all your personnel medicine enough for 18 or 19
days in case for some unknown reason we are delayed.

#2 Check your passports and make sure yours is up to date and
not expired. Several large cities around the country can renew them in one
day.

            # 3 Remember to check over your what to take list. Check several
times, also mark all of your cloths with your initials with Rub A Dub
Laundry markers so that they can be sorted after washing.

            # 4 Remember please do not wear or bring any type of
military/camouflage clothing on this trip.

#5 Emergency number to reach us in Guatemala is

            # 6 Dr Lopez would like us to bring a light weight sleeping bag
with us in good shape, no rip's, working zippers that we could leave at the
apt. building, that they are finishing to be used by future group. We will
have our own bedding provided at our hotel

#7 Before I Forget again, I have several hundred more scrubs all
cleaned and pressed. I would like to donate them to any mission group or
medical facility that could use them. I also have some blankets, baby crib
sheets, computer keyboards, lg monitors and some older computers all in good
working order. You would just have to pay the shipping. Let me know soon.

            # 8 Remember to bring extra cash for all the odds and ends you
might want to participate in such as activities at Tikal, souvenirs, Exit
tax, things in town, and other things that come up. I will have extra
dollars with me at a HIGH interest rate..Don't worry it will be supervised
by Government Personnel (our government)

            # 9 Everyone should be about paid up, all of our tickets are
paid in full. T-shirts are on there way. The bus is warming up and it is

            # 11 If you have any questions please call me asap. Otherwise I
will be calling each person in the next week to answer any questions.

            # 12 Our budget is coming along, money is still needed for
Bibles, Medicine, and a sponsorship for Pastor Rigo Dawkins, the Director of
the school in Guanaja who has been with us on several trips. He will be
working with Pastor Jon, Pastor Taylor and several others on our evangelism
team.

Keep praying for Eric and I as we continue to wrap up loose
ends. We will be praying for each one of you, your families and all those
that who are not going but are part of Berkshire Mission. You know who you
are.

God bless each one of you. See you soon

                                                Sincerely Bob
