[Berkshire Mission]

Dear Mission friends,

 

Today I fell off a rock step and landed full force onto some jagged rocks
with my face taking the full force.  My nose is broke and I have cuts on my
face and serious bruising on my leg/hip  also.  So no news from me today.
Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to get up.  Please pray for me and for Bob
as this has really upset him. Praise the Lord that our doctors were still
here to come to my aid as they were just leaving for the villages when it
happened.

If I have any plastic surgeon friends reading this, now would be a good time
to let me know as I am sure Medicare is not going to pay  for my nose to
look nice again.  On the bright side, the Toucan that I was watching when I
fell was absolutely magnificent!  Praise the Lord for making such beauty in
this world.

 

Still smiling (even though my nose is facing west,)
