[News] Meeting Dec 12th.

[Berkshire Mission]

Hello Everybody..
 
I hope that you all are planning to attend the mission trip meeting on Dec
12th at 5:30pm. We will be going over all aspects of the upcoming mission
trip. Even if you are not going to Mexico with us please come and hear about
the all the different projects that will be going on. For those of you who
are financially supporting the mission trip, this will be a good opportunity
to see how the funds will be used. We will cover the constantly changing
travel itinerary, work site info and what you will need to bring to make
your travel the best it can be, also tell you about the Evangelism and VBS
programs.  Those of you who are going please bring some money to exchange
into Peso's. Also the church treasurer will be here so some of you can catch
up on your payments. Remember that there will be food before the meeting. I
hope to see everybody there.
